Villa Epicure: A Luxury 7-Bedroom Villa

Villa Epicure, also known as EPI, is a large and luxurious 7-bedroom villa located high up on the Marigot hillside. It offers spectacular 180 degree ocean views extending all the way to St. Martin on clearer days. It is one of the largest and most original villas on the island.

The villa has two levels, each fully air-conditioned and separated by a massive staircase. On the upper level you will find a spacious main room with three distinct sections: a large lounge area with two oversized sectionals, an indoor dining area, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Just outside is the extensive deck with the 66' long, heated infinity pool.

The upper level also has three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The primary master suite includes an outdoor rain shower. The four additional bedrooms are on the lower level, three with an ensuite bathroom, while the last has a bathroom across the hallway. Outside the lower bedrooms is a large, semi-circular, covered terrace, ideal for a work-out.

Each room is slightly different, but they all come with ample closet space or dressing area, a European king-sized bed, U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and a sound system.

Villa Epicure is an excellent choice for large groups, but will also suit a family that requires a lot of space.
